The Colts took to the Upper Park against Wirral Gulls in the North West Colts League and succeeded with a 22-10 victory. Coaches and players agreed that this was the best performance of the season and an encouraging sign for the development of the senior squad as well as the Colts side’s mindset going forward. Joe Fletcher surely slept well having made his second appearance of the weekend on this heavy pitch, taking up as he left off the previous day with some storming runs to set up the backs.
