BIRKENHEAD PARK ROOM HIRE & CATERING OPTIONS

At Birkenhead Park we are very much part of the community and are well versed in catering for celebrations, birthdays, weddings and funerals (as well as many other special events).

The main Function Room Hire charge is as follows-

£125.00 (for half a day/night)-Funerals/Birthdays & Engagements etc.

£175.00 (for half a day/night) Christenings, Children's parties etc

£250.00 (whole day) - Funerals/Birthdays & Engagements etc (add on charges may be applied)

£300.00 (whole day) - Weddings (additional charges may be added in)

This does include a fully licensed staffed bar until 11.30pm, with everyone off the premises by 12.15am. If you want a 12.30am bar then there is an additional charge of £75.00, with everyone off the premises by 1.15am. Also, we can dress the room for you, tablecloth's at £10 per cloth and chai covers £1.50.

We are very proud now to be able to offer at Birkenhead Park Rugby Club our new function facilit the Pursglove suite. It is available for hire from £250.00 (for half a day/night), this does include a fully licensed staffed bar until 11.30pm, with everyone off the premises by 12.15am. If you want a 12.30am bar then there is an additional charge of £75.00, with everyone off the premises by 1.15am

Also, we can dress the room for you, tables clothes at £10 per cloth and chair covers £1.50.

(Unfortunately, Christenings, Children's birthday parties and any other children related functions cannot be booked into the Pursglove suite at this time.)

We are very happy to offer catering options and have an experienced team who can deliver besp menus, making your event experience at the club even more memorable.

We can offer the options below in all our function rooms and suites --

Buffet Choices -

Finger Buffet
Selection of Sandwiches or Wraps - Ham & Tomato, Egg Mayo, Tuna Mayo, Cheese & Pickle, Coronation Chicken, Ham & Cheese (Choose 4 of these sandwich options, all served on white or brown bread split 50/50 or in a tortilla wrap). These are served with a selection of Savoury items -sausage rolls, pork pies, cocktail pork sausages, chicken goujons, coleslaw, quiche Lorraine & mini scotch eggs, potato salad, tortilla chips & dips, choose from chocolate cake or strawberry cheesecake for £8.50 per head.
Also add refillable Tea & Coffee £1.50 per head.
Add skin on triple cooked chips or buttered new potatoes for £2.00 per head.
Fancy something sweet? For £2.00 Per head choose from our lovely homemade tray-bakes, cakes, cheesecakes or maybe a chocolate brownie or homemade tiffin. Or try a traditional homemade scone, jam & clotted cream.

Hot & Cold Buffet -
We will serve all the finger buffet food listed above, plus one of the following hot dishes for £10.50 Per head - Choose from Homemade scouse with pickled cabbage & crusty bread, Chicken or Vegetarian Curry served with Basmati Rice & mini garlic & coriander naan bread, Chilli Con Carne, Vegetarian or Beef with Rice, Tortilla chips & sour cream.
This also includes unlimited Tea & Coffee.
Add skin on triple cooked chips or buttered new potatoes for £2.00 per head.
Add a second hot dish to enhance the Hot & Cold Buffet menu for £2.50 per head

Breakfast Meeting Offer -
If it is a breakfast meeting or a light snack you are looking for, we can do hot bacon/sausage / fried egg or vegan sausage baps - served with sauces and refillable tea and coffee for £7.50 per head, add skin on chips for £2.00. Or we can do a selection of pastry and cakes with refillable tea & coffee for £5.50 per head.

Our Premium Buffet Offer -
To start we will offer a selection of nibbles served at the table, duo of olives, warm pitta bread, hummus, selection of meats, duck and vegetable spring rolls, and vegetable pakoras and bhajis.
Followed by sliders of seasoned Pulled Pork BBQ Baps, Grilled halloumi & red pepper burger & Cheese & Bacon Burger served with thick cut skin on the chips & homemade coleslaw.
£15.00 per head.
