Will all members please note that the Annual General Meeting will take place at the Clubhouse on Wednesday 31st August 2022 commencing promptly @ 19.00hrs. Only full members can attend this meeting

 The outline agenda is as below:

 Notice of the Annual General Meeting

1. Apologies for absence
2. Time of reflection for deceased Members.
3. To confirm the minutes of the AGM held on Wednesday 18th August 2021.
4. Rugby update
5. Confirmation of Club Captain 2022/23 season
6. To receive the President’s report
7. To receive the Financial report for 2021/22 season
8. To receive and accept the accounts of the financial affairs for year ending 30th April 2022
9. To thank those members of Committee who are stepping down.
10. To elect members of the Executive Committee.
11. To confirm the Vice Presidents.
12. To fix the Annual Subscriptions for the year 2022/23. The Committee’s proposals are:-

- FULL MEMBER £100 (£80 if paid before 1st Oct 2022)

- LIFE MEMBER £900

- SENIOR CITIZENS £60 (£50 if paid before 1st Oct 2022)

- NON PLAYING SOCIAL £60 (£50 if paid before 1st Oct 2022) (no voting rights)

- FAMILY MEMBERSHIP £110 (no voting rights)

- STUDENT (18+ in full time education on production of an SU card) £0 (no voting rights)

- Intermittent social players – (no voting rights or card) registration fee £10

Please note that any proposals from full members should be proposed and seconded (INCLUDING NOMINATIONS FOR THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE) and are to be advised to Paul Hayes by email (Hayben60@gmail.com) or at the Clubhouse to be received NO LATER THAN Wednesday 17^th  August 2022.

One noteworthy point regarding those of you planning to renew or become full members for the upcoming season.

We are aiming to increase the number of full members of the club and in doing so recognise that as full members there should be additional benefits.

So for the upcoming season, apart from the £20 discount if paid in the month of September, the following is proposed. 

- Option to pay by Direct Debit (If set up online in Month of September) - 10 monthly payments of £10 (no discount for this option)

- Free entrance to all 1st Team Home games

- Access to International Tickets

- Discount on Function Room Hire
