2025 / 2026 Season Memberships Now Due

Dear All,

It is that time of season again, and our memberships will become due.  It was agreed at the AGM to keep the membership costs at the same level as the past Years.

Also, as another part of the ongoing upgrade of our facilities, from the 1^st September we will be deploying a new membership software. This means that your current card will be obsoleted and replaced with a “Digital” Membership.

Don’t worry, if you still require a physical card this will be possible, but we want to get as many members as possible with a Digital version which is faster and more environmentally friendly.

The various methods of membership payment will remain the same (see below), but the process of obtaining your “Digital” Membership will be different and is explained below.

IMPORTANT - In order for your membership to be issued it is NECESSARY to have a valid email address. Without this we cannot issue your membership, so it is necessary to provide your email address when payment is made regardless of how your choose to pay (Bank Transfer, At Club, Ticket Tailor etc) to members@bpfc1871.co.uk

Once payment has been made, your details will be entered into the new “LoyLap” system and you will receive an email with further details how to download your membership ID (QR Code).

You can also “Proactively” setup your LoyLap account in advance (see below)

Gareth Jones members@bpfc1871.co.uk will be our Membership Secretary this season, so if you have any questions / problems then please address to him.

I realise it will be a change for a lot of you, but going “Digital” will allow us to be positioned to offer additional flexible benefits that currently is not possible such as Match Day Member only Promotions.

Your digital membership (QR Code) will then be scanned at the Point of Service (Bar, Kitchen, Gate etc) to validate your current membership status and it will apply any discounts accordingly.

FULL MEMBER £100 (£80* if paid before 1st October 2025)

Benefits include: Free Entrance to All Home Games, 10% Drinks & Kitchen Discount, 50 % off Function Room Hire, email newsletter registration, access to RFU international tickets.

Option 4: For those wanting to spread the payments, there will be an option via GMS: https://birkenheadparkrfc.rfu.club/products to pay via Direct Debit over 10 months (1^st Payment September). Note there is no early payment discount for this option.

SENIOR CITIZENS £60 – Over 65’s  (£50* if paid before 1st October 2025)

LIFE MEMBER £1000

Benefits include Free Entrance to All Home Games, 10% Drinks & Kitchen Discount, 50 % off Function Room Hire, Access to International Tickets.

This payment can be made by Bank Transfer or cash only (no online payment option) using the above bank transfer details.

PLAYER MEMBERSHIP with KIT

Benefits are similar to FULL Membership but will include branded items.

There is no online payment option payment should be made directly to Sam Chidley at the next training or squad session.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP– (no voting rights) £60. (£50* if paid before 1st October 2025)

How to Sign-up for a digital account online 

1. Follow this link to create your account on LoyLap: https://member.loylap.com/8200/sign-up.
2. Once completed, send an email to Gareth Jones members@bpfc1871.co.uk to confirm your registered email and we'll assign the appropriate membership once payment is confirmed to your account.
